Why A Virtual Studio?

I want to meet you right where you’re at. In the places you feel safe, in the body you have in this moment, and in the moments you are able. That is why All Bodies Yoga has gone virtual.

For so many, the gym or studio isn’t accessible. It can be a myriad of causes like the space not being designed to accommodate our body, not having the energy to show up in a place where our bodies are so often brought to judgement, or maybe we just can’t afford it. Whatever the case, we all deserve equal access to these places. Virtual yoga is a beautiful in-between and offers us accessibility where there previously was little to none.

A virtual studio also creates the opportunity for us to offer classes that are designed for your specific anatomy, without breaking the bank. You can join a class or work with an instructor one-on-one from the comfort of your own home, or the beauty of the park!

Join me for virtual live and on-demand classes in movement, meditation, and other healing work, as we calm the fluctuations of our mind (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 1.1) and engage radically with the present moment.

How Does It work?

There are a million wonderful ways to practice yoga!

Live Virtual Classes:
These classes are held via Zoom. Once you register for class a link will be sent to you via email. Simply click on the link when it’s time for class. The Instructor will let you in when it begins, introduce themselves, and then facilitate class.
Easy-peasy. Participation is ALWAYS optional. You’re not even required to have your mic or camera on.
When facilitating classes I put our Zoom class in focus mode, so the teacher can see all of you, but you can only see the instructor.
Props will often be used in class as well. A list of props will be included in each class description.

In your confirmation email we’ll give suggestions on items to use from your home as props! See you on the mat.
